Responsibilities:

  • Transmission Diagnostics and Repairs: Accurately diagnose and repair issues in automatic transmissions.

  • Comprehensive Vehicle Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs across various vehicle systems, including engine, electrical, and HVAC.

  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with Service Advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all services and repairs performed.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Status or Equivalent Experience: Certification as a Journeyman Technician or substantial experience in automotive repair.

  • Transmission Expertise: Proven ability to diagnose and repair both manual and automatic transmissions.

  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automotive issues with a "fix it right the first time" approach.
