Primary Purpose

The Contract Management Support will have day to day responsibility for providing support functions as required to the UK Contract Management team.

One of the key objectives of the role will be to manage the regular MI information required for each of the CM team clients:

  • Generate the monthly MI data on schedule for existing customers

  • Update & rationalise the generation of the monthly MI data on an ongoing basis

  • Standardise the monthly business  presentation sets for existing customers

  • Generate/standardise the data & presentation sets for QBR & ABR

  • Generate additional reports and presentation sets as required

  • OnBoard new clients with regards to MI reporting

Further key objectives will be to work with the contract management team to achieve the following:

  • Provide support for designated CM clients for day to day activities

  • Provide support for the CM management team on an ad-hoc basis for critical client situations

  • Work with the CM team to propose and incorporate improvements to existing day to day processes and systems (including but not limited to the CM mailboxes, CMS Tracker and day to day operations)

  • Build strong relationships with the wider teams within Iron Mountain that the Contract Management team work with on a regular basis

They will build strong relationships with the Contract Managers and CM Management team to ensure that both the end-client and Iron Mountain objectives and requirements are met.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Responsible for the monthly generation of the client-facing MI to the agreed schedule

  • Build strong relationships with the contract managers by exceeding their expectations in problem solving and service enhancements

  • Work autonomously and without supervision in achieving the key strategic goals for this role

  • Ensure prompt and accurate completion of contract manager requests providing timely communication around progress and output

  • Ongoing management, administration and enhancement of customer facing presentation sets

  • Support the contract management team as necessary to ensure customer’s projects and Service Level Agreements are met.

  • Where customer priorities change refocus to provide the required support to the contract management team as required

  • Model exemplary customer service behaviours, delivering Customer Excellence
