We are searching for an Operations Administrator to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will support our tolls and infringements team with all administration, queries and invoicing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the toll hold queue

  • Match trips to transactions including contacting customer or location for valid information to match trips

  • Analysis of on hold queue to identify opportunities to reduce/eliminate errors.

  • Monitor franchisee hold queue.

  • Toll Notices

  • Process infringements:

    • Identify and correct discrepancies

    • Utilise various methods to obtain correct customer information where required

    • Applications for dispute to infringement local bodies

    • Rejection notices

  • Employee toll on-charging

  • Monthly toll invoice processing for the ABG Entity Accounts

  • Manage paper toll notices and eliminate/reduce errors

  • Vehicle Overdue Reconciliation

  • Customer Service:

    • Operations liaison

    • Applications for dispute to infringement local bodies

    • Rejection notices

  • Internal and External enquiries

  • Licensee support

  • Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision

What we are looking for:

Work experience / background
Essential

  • Previous experience in an administrative/data entry role

  • Fluent level of written and spoken English

Technical / business skills & knowledge:
Essential

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • High level attention to detail

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word

Desirable

  • Experience within the car rental industry

  • Proactive approach with high-level problem-solving skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Avis Budget Group policies and procedures

  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation
