Sales T&E (Travel & Entertainment) Analyst

How You’ll Make an Impact

Reporting to the Manager, Sales - Travel & Entertainment (T&E), the Analyst is to gather all travel and entertainment expenses for the Wholesalers, Inside Wholesalers and Sales Associates and enter them into the Travel and Expense system (Concur), as well as the contact management system, Salesforce, in a timely and accurate manner.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and remit monthly travel and entertainment expense reports on behalf of the Sales teams
  • Liaise and build effective relationships with the Sales teams and other internal departments
  • Build monitoring/trending reports and provide support to Manager, Sales T&E

What We’re Looking for:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required.
  • More than 3 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment required.
  • Experience in the financial services/mutual fund industry.
  • IFIC course or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of NI 81-105 is an asset.

The Expertise You Bring

  • Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills.
  • Team player and can work independently with various individuals from different business units.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

  • Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $54,000 to $71,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
