What You Will Achieve
Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing the efficient flow of products and services through the Pfizer supply chain cycle. You will ensure that the products arrive on time and within acceptable quality parameters meeting the desired marketing and financial objectives. Through your extensive knowledge in logistics management, you will guide the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes and system to meet customer requirements.
As an associate, your focus on the job will contribute in achieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.

How You Will Achieve It
Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.
Manage logistics operations of finished products and other Pfizer Biopharmaceutical Group related goods.
Support performance tracking of logistics operations in coordination with Pfizer Distribution Center, organization and tracking of other logistic services and deliveries.
Structure, track and report performance metrics (KPI) on regular basis.
Collect and report data of logistics operations for global and regional initiatives when needed
Create and maintain relationships with the BU and ensure compliance with the defined service agreements
Ensure all activities to be compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices/Environmental Health and Safety rules, regulations and local procedures and participate in quality investigations, audits & inspections as needed.
Ensure documentation related to transfers and vendor receipts are complete and uploaded to global document management system.
Ensure timely release of materials in partnership with appropriate distribution and quality representatives
Support Logistics Coordinator to ensure the agreed service levels and the budgeted operating expenses of the Logistics operation.
Work with other teams to achieve more efficient and competitive storage, conditioning and distribution operations.
Execute the continuous monitoring and analysis of Global Supply Chain metrics and relevant metrics (KPIs) consistent with the target established and in compliance with the policies.
Must-Have
Bachelor’s Degree.
Knowledge and experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international logistic and government regulations.
Microsoft Office Suite skills .
Experience with inventory and material management concepts.
Possesses a positive, continuous improvement mindset.
Nice-to-Have
Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
Advanced training in project management, supply chain management, scientific or clinical disciplines, business administration and/or people development.
In depth understanding of the regulatory guidelines impacting the logistics system requirement.
Good knowledge and understanding of advanced level of system application and products.
