Job Description: 

• Manage government contracts and programs, collaborate with internal cross-functional groups (Finance, Legal, and BUs) and external partners to achieve successful execution.

• Leads complex business transactions across multiple suppliers, partners, and business units supporting Intel's pathfinding, development, and manufacturing supply chain from the strategy, sourcing, deal conception, negotiation, to execution/contract closure stages while identifying efficiencies and improvements to the program execution lifecycle.

• Collaborates with Intel engineering/technical and business specialists to synthesize technical, commercial, financial, and industry inputs to build business strategies.

• Influences business unit or cross-organizational strategies relevant to program goals. Exhibits deep knowledge of government contract regulations and requirements, information security, audit and compliance, and other procedures.

• Represents Intel and the program office with government, partners, agencies, and officials.

• Establishes and maintains relationships with external partners, regulators, auditors, customers, and opinion formers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of bachelor's or master's degree.

• 10+ years' experience in either Semiconductors or IT industry.

• Fluent in Japanese and English language.

• Experience in managing government programs in Japan.

• Capability to generate and track strawman projects.

• Strong business acumen to negotiate and manage key internal/external stakeholders.

• Possess strong presentation skills.

• General PC & Office 365 skillset required.
