Northrop Grumman is seeking a CSSO/ Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4. This is a multi-faceted and multi-customer security position focusing on DoD and IC customers. Position will support complex programs as it relates to all applicable federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. Must be able to interpret and execute a security program for multiple customers. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on security related activities, and must be able to articulate this knowledge to best support the contract. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: managing a SCIF environment, supporting a fast-paced, high profile program; create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Primary work location will be Annapolis Junction.
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of CSSO or directly related experience; or MS Degree and 6+ years of CSSO or directly related experience; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be considered may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.
Active TS/SCI willingness to take and maintain a polygraph.
Experience with NISPOM, DCIDs and/ or ICD(s).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree.
Strong leadership skills to include: Self-starter with minimal supervision, high ethical standards.
Familiarity with ICD 503 & 705 processes.
Must be organized and efficient at time management.
Develop and execute program protection strategies for existing programs, developing programs, or new concepts.
Experience supporting classified proposal development and execution.
Conduct risk assessments and analysis; develop mitigation plans and concept of operations to support threat assessments and vulnerability analysis.
Excellent communication skills speaking, writing skills and organizational skills enabling effective communications.
Counterintelligence, Insider Threat and OPSEC program experience.
Salary Range: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
