Job Summary: Join our vibrant team at Broadway Crossings Adult Crisis Residential. As a Residential Crisis Worker, you'll help individuals navigate crises, providing a safe and supportive environment for recovery. This role offers a meaningful impact in a collaborative and dynamic setting.
Broadway Crossings provides short-term, trauma-informed, stabilization services to adults experiencing a mental health or co-occurring crisis in a home like environment as an alternative to psychiatric hospitalization. The Residential Crisis Worker (RCW) position provides direct care to our clients, working as part of a team, including listening support, assisting treatment plan goal work, consulting with clinicians, administering medication, medical record documentation, facilitating group activities and housekeeping duties.
