What will you do?

A day in the life of a Operations Manager at VF looks a little like this.

  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and cultural awareness to ensure effective messaging and collaboration in a multicultural environment.
  • Analyze and synthesize complex data within your area of expertise to support informed, strategic decision-making.
  • Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop innovative approaches based on limited information, leveraging experience and adapting existing processes when necessary.
  • Exercise sound judgment to guide teams toward optimal courses of action with consideration for long-term impact.
  • Provide strong leadership by directing the application of established principles and best practices to achieve operational excellence.
  • Foster collaboration with peers and cross-functional departments to drive efficiency and shared success.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and overall performance.
  • Maintain a primary operational focus on picking and packing processes, ensuring quality standards and throughput goals are consistently met.
