Responsibilities:
Builds a strong team and shapes staff behaviors to accomplish desired results;
Demonstrates outstanding customer focus in all aspects;
Organizes workflow and ensures that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks;
Participates in interviewing and hiring process;
Manages onboarding activities and supports new hires during their transition;
Monitors day to day Control Center workflow/workload, work schedule, attendance, PTO according to Lithuanian payroll process;
Ensures that the customer inquiries and calls are handled and answered in a timely and accurate fashion;
Secures shipments are monitored during the transport and assigned team members reacts flexibly to any deviation from the plan;
Builds efficient backup plan to avoid risk associated with a disruption of operation;
Reports on team overall progress. Provides recommendation on improving operation effectiveness, performance and productivity, and implement change(s);
Informs and advises Manager, Customer Control Center about customer complaints regarding services and procedures, escalates extraordinary occurrences;
In alignment with company’s strategy, sets team and individual goals and communicates objectives to the team, as well as monitors and evaluates team performance;
Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching;
Resolves issues and serves as a link between subordinates and upper management;
Runs a safe, clean & harassment free work environment. Complies with and ensures that team members comply with Cencora and World Courier policies, procedures, safety rules, clients’ SOPs and regulations governing World Courier business;
Education:
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations, generally, obtained through a combination of experience and education.
Work Experience:
2 - 4 years directly related experience
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Good analytical and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with quality management systems.
Expertise in guiding and training employees.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in high pace operational environment.
Ability to resolve customers issues quickly and creatively.
Fluency in English.
