Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Business Intelligence Senior Consultant I to lead enterprise-level BI strategy and advanced analytics initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s data-driven decision-making framework, managing complex BI ecosystems, and delivering actionable insights that influence executive-level strategies. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive innovation and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Define and execute BI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

• Perform complex analysis on marketing related data

• Develop and maintain complex Power BI and Tableau dashboards

• Extract actionable insights from data to inform marketing strategy and drive measurable growth

• Plan, coordinate, and execute analysis in conjunction with your peers and managers for your primary and secondary stakeholders

• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions

• Mentor and guide BI consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• 6–8 years of experience in BI and analytics

• Expertise in data strategy, governance, and enterprise BI architecture.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, predictive modeling, and performance optimization.

• Experience in Direct and Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on data analytics, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and performance optimization

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.

Other Desired Qualifications (at least three)

• Knowledge and understanding of complex databases

  Experience in data wrangling and complex SQL writing

• Knowledge and understanding of Marketing related data (Good to have)

• Experience implementing AI/ML solutions for BI and marketing optimization.

• Familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms (Fabric, AWS, GCP).

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise project management tools.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and attribution modeling.
