Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA's customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. 1. Responsible for managing and coordinating all areas of service provision within the framework of the deployment and maintenance of the ERP (enterprise resource planning/integrated management software)
2. Aligning customer/internal requests with ERP data
3. Communicating ERP adjustments to various departments
4. Managing ERP changes and updates

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

ERP Management

1. Coordinate user requests and interact with other sites to provide appropriate responses to issues encountered.
2. Ensure level 1 ERP maintenance
3. Organize non-regression testing preparations during version upgrades
4. Manage incident tickets

5. Serve as the contact for the BIS GMT

Database Management

1. Certain items in CRI

2. Ensure item management on the ERP and ensure compliance with internal nomenclature rules

3. Manage changes through the MOC process

Quality/Safety

1. Actively participate in internal and external audits

2. Contribute to updating and implementing IMS processes to ensure the quality of manufacturing products and employee safety.

Project Management

1. Internal: Communication with all ALES ERP key users and the group

2. External: Exchanges with auditors
