Develops and implements business solutions by forging relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders. Identifies business needs, executes essential processes and practices, and monitors progress and results. Adapts to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities .
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports the company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Uses the Open Door Policy.
Assists supervisors and managers in day-to-day facility tasks (for example, planning and executing production schedules, project management, staff supervision, and administrative tasks). Identifies and defines the operational metrics that impact business outcomes by establishing partnerships across the organization. Collaborates with various business stakeholders to understand the factors and trends relevant to organizational performance.
Rotates through and collaborates with all departments to comprehensively understand various aspects of plant operations. Assists with financial planning, associate management, quality assurance, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Works closely with experienced leaders and managers to learn about decision-making processes, strategic planning, and effective leadership techniques.
Identifies different tools, techniques, and ways of learning. Accesses and uses available learning and development resources. Describes the rationales, concepts, and need for continual learning. The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
