Let’s talk about this role
This is 12-month Fixed Term Contract as a Data Entry Officer.
In this role, you are responsible for providing outstanding customer service through ensuring the health of nib’s customer policies. This is done through effective, efficient and accurate processing of policyholder information.
It is also responsible for ensuring compliance to legislative requirements, specifically Lifetime Health Cover and Australian Government Rebate.

You consider yourself a motivated self-starter with experience in a similar data entry role. You’ll need to be comfortable with repetitive tasks, as you'll be performing the same process repeatedly with accuracy and consistency.
You will be able to think outside the box with complex scenario’s and determine what legislation applies and when. You’re savvy with technology and eager to investigate why the system is coming up with errors and problem solve to fix it.
