Senior Contract Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts with clinical sites and collaborate closely with the Contract Manager.
• Draft, review, and finalize various legal documents ensuring flawless compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Deliver expert legal counsel and support to internal team members, ensuring all contractual obligations are strictly met.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to contractual agreements.
• Successfully implement strategies to optimize contract management processes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all contract negotiations and approvals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in contract negotiation and legal document management.
• Outstanding analytical skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and contractual clauses.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to determine priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Law or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
