Transportation Network Operations (TNO):
Running and improving our Transportation Network to serve our athletes is more important than ever. In TNO, we are accountable to move product to the right place and time in a reliable and sustainable way to serve Athletes*. We manage the flow from our factories to our consumers, whether these are our final consumers, wholesale partners, or retail stores. In this role, you will coordinate projects and lead the implementation of change by presenting and communicating effectively to various stakeholders. You will support in selecting new partners and creating strong, long-lasting relationships. Next to having the chance to have a positive impact on our Nike and TNO culture, you will also have a big impact in our move to sustainable fuels, as it is our goal to be fossil free by 2030.
Network Capacity Optimization (NCO):
Leading E2E Network Capacity Planning to optimize operational excellence serving Athletes* is the core of the Network Capacity Optimization team. NCO is accountable to create and accelerate holistic x-functional capacity readiness (short-term and mid/long-term) for the E2E Nike EMEA supply chain, from consolidator to Consumer and back. Our purpose is to always place the Consumer at the heart of every Network decision, by working with different stakeholders across our Network, synchronizing demand, supply and capacity signals. Next to this, in this role, you are empowered to create foresight and insights into capacity plans to optimize operational execution and you get to guarantee seamless Consumer experiences during Key Nike moments and events.
