Title: Talent Academy – Paid Internship Program 
Location: 3M Service Center EMEA, Wrocław 
Duration: 3 months (July–September) 

About the Program 
Talent Academy is a fully paid summer internship designed to help students and recent graduates strengthen their competencies and gain hands-on experience in operational processes and related systems. Participants work under the guidance of experienced specialists in a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assisting with internal and external customers 

  • Learning and administering corporate systems and tools: SAP, Salesforce, Excel

  • Preparing reports, analyzes, summaries and qualitative indicators  

  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time  

  • Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives 

  • Administrative tasks  

  • Act according to 3M regulation and policies  

Who We Are Looking For 

  • Excellent oral communication skills, a high degree of attention to detail 

  • Good English language skills  

  • Knowledge of additional language would be an asset

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills 

  • Previous experience in Customer Service in the past would be an asset  

  • Willingness to assist with operational processes  

  • Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines  

  • Good command of MS Excel  

  • Team spirit  

  • Full time availability 

  • Motivation to develop in an international environment 

  • Willingness to learn and collaborate effectively
