ABOUT THE TEAM

Worldpay for Platforms is a recognised global leader in financial technology, payments, and e-commerce. ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the day-to-day running of our Salesforce org, spanning design, development, configuration, testing, and release management. You’ll scope, implement, and support system development across Salesforce and related tools, and help drive twice-weekly releases, along with ongoing upgrades and updates. You’ll play a key role in building Salesforce applications and processes including Partner Portal (Experience Cloud) and Merchant Onboarding, helping us deliver robust platform outcomes at pace.

SALARY

The salary range for this position is AUD 165,000 to 175,000 per annum + super + 10% performance bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse complex Salesforce requirements and assess impact to system architecture
  • Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce enhancements aligned to best practices
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Architects, and Analysts to deliver projects and features
  • Implement and continuously improve Salesforce security standards and controls
  • Optimise system performance and resolve application issues proactively
  • Develop and execute technical test plans to validate architectural changes
  • Own multiple complex initiatives end‑to‑end, identifying risks early and driving solutions
  • Partner with global teams across time zones to deliver roadmap, BAU, and release outcomes

ABOUT YOU

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, deployments, APIs, and exposure to Hyperforce
  • Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Flow, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce customisation, best practices, and QA methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce‑supported business processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills
  • Clear, professional communication and strong stakeholder collaboration
  • Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, and a flexible, team‑first mindset
  • Salesforce Certifications (Admin and/or Developer)
  • Experience working with Salesforce Managed Packages
