Job Scope

• Understand the overall concept of the company including the brand, products and services.

• Involve in researching content and details for use of content, marketing and branding. 

• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other similar CMS platforms.

• Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.

• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.

• Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.

• Stay up to date with the latest research practices, trends and technologies.

• Join production shootings and events.

• Ensure consistency in data acquisition.

• Update data and information as required.

• Adhere to the internal policies and procedures.

Your KPI

• Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors from the IKHLAS team.

• Ability to collaborate with various teams with various working cultures located in different airasia and IKHLAS offices & studios.

• Attending meetings and taking minutes from meetings.

• Ability to prioritize work based on strategic importance and coordinate based on the level of impact on the business.

• Produce research and data based on the amount needed and concepts designated that have been placed by the IKHLAS Creative Content Team.

• Upgrade skillsets and learn industry practices.

Skills Required

• In 3rd Year or 4th Year of University Graduate Program / Equivalent.

• Eager to work and learn in various departments.

• Eager to learn additional apps.

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in writing & editing programs (Canva, Cap Cup, Premiere, Photoshop)

• Able to speak and write in Bahasa Melayu and English.

• Ability to speak and write in Arabic would be an advantage.

• Ability to multitask.

• Cope well under pressure.
