Position Summary
We’re looking for an innovative, analytical, and growth-minded Lead Product Manager – OEM Integrations to join the Data Analytics and Intelligence Team at CDK Global to drive the strategy and execution of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) integrations within our SaaS platform. In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of scalable solutions that enable seamless data exchange and collaboration between our platform and OEM systems This role will play an important role in delivering an industry leading OEM Analytics solution that enables OEMs and Dealers to make better business decisions based on actionable insights and predictive analytics. You will be the owner of customer-facing OEM Analytics and have the opportunity to grow the business through understanding market opportunities and customer pain points. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic and analytical mindset, focus on positive business outcomes, ability to drive execution, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the future of OEM integrations, enhance dealer and customer experiences, and drive business growth. This role will utilize AI/ML models to drive differentiation, actionable insights, and tailored actions for customers to improve profitability and operational efficiencies. You should be both technical and non-technical to effectively communicate with audiences of different backgrounds, including senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent industry experience
6 to 8+ years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS
5+ years of experience building data integration and tools for customers and
internal teams
Proven track record of working with customers and engineering teams to deliver
scalable, flexible data integrations for customers
Proven track record of delivering successful B2B integrations, preferably with
OEMs or enterprise partners.
Strong understanding of API design, data exchange protocols, and integration
workflows.
Experience working in a product-led environment, agile development
methodologies, and globally distributed teams
Passion for collaboration and solving problems with other people and teams
Proven ability to influence and drive strategy across a large organization and
multiple stakeholders
Highly motivated, go-getter attitude with a drive to produce an excellent end-to-
end customer experience and positive business outcomes
Great listener and empathizer to voice of customer that leads to solving customer
pain points
Excellent critical thinking skills to develop solutions that produces high adoption
Excellent written and verbal communication with story-telling savviness
Experience presenting to senior leadership and audiences of all backgrounds
Nimble and enjoys working in a dynamic environment
Data-driven mindset to measure successful outcomes
Financial acumen to develop business cases and monetization opportunities
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred:
Master's or MBA in Computer Science, Business or a related field
Knowledge and experience with data integrations in the automotive industry
Pragmatic Institute certification
Automotive industry experience, particularly working with OEMs, dealers, or automotive technologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data integration tools.
Technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, or similar technologies.
Compensation: $140,000 - $180,00

Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
