As our Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of leading the agile journey for product teams within our Digdat brand, championing delivery excellence and driving business growth.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a hands-on leader, you will:
· Empower Teams: Enable our product teams to hit goals, supporting both business strategy and our customer-centric objectives.
· Collaborate Closely: Work alongside Product Owners and Technical Leads to ensure clear direction and continuous delivery of customer value.
· Optimise Processes: Identify inefficiencies, create streamlined structures, and foster a high-performing agile environment.
· Facilitate Agile Excellence: Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, or tailored approaches), ensuring best practices and adaptability.
· Unblock & Drive Momentum: Act as a problem-solver and coach, maintaining momentum and guiding the team through every phase of product delivery.
· Monitor & Communicate Impact: Track team progress, analyse data to measure impact, and use metrics to support budget and strategy decisions.
· Champion Growth & Innovation: Actively contribute by sharing expertise, supporting cross-team collaboration, and championing ongoing improvement.
Who You Are
· Drives Business Impact: Experienced in IS/IT, software development, product management, and budget management, with a strong record of delivering on time and to high standards.
· Supports Continuous Improvement: With a “finger on the pulse” for new tools and processes, you’ll drive efficiency and keep TIDE at the forefront of our industry.
