Job Description

As a member of our Automotive Systems Division, you will be supporting BOSE KOREA office in Seoul.  You will be part of our Local team responsible for variety of office service supervisory tasks. 


As an office service supervisor, you will:

  • Manage general office facility tasks
  • Support two office workspace (Close distance in Yeoksam station)
  • Coordinate visits by customer and Bose global employees
  • Manage external service providers for the office
  • Office venders management, include payment.
  • Manage company cars
  • Manage office supply items
  • Filing & manage office related documents physically & electronically
  • Coordinate or support events for employees and and customer
  • Assist administration work for General Manager
  • Collaboration with Finance, HR and IT in BKL
  • Communicate with Overseal Finance, HR, IT and facility management team
  • Support new office relocation project, including interior project, moving and settlement.

In addition, you will also be asked to support the local team with other administrative tasks or special assignments.

  • Demonstrated experience in office service & administrator role and executives assistant role.
  • Good MS Office skills and SAP Shopping cart.
  • Desired to have experience with internet tools such as Sharepoint and business tools such as SAP
  • Good organizing and communication skills.
  • Korean native speaker with good written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks and work effectively.
