The Client Delivery Program Manager will play a critical role in the Client Service Manager (CSM) team, identifying and closing operational gaps to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard of quality. This role involves acquiring, training, and evaluating the CSM talent pool, and leading weekly meetings to foster continuous improvement and best practices.

The Gig:

  • Own The Client Service Manager Role: Provide leadership and direction to the CSM team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Identify and Close Gaps: Analyze and identify gaps in the Client Service Manager processes that prevent timely and quality completion of work, and implement solutions to address these issues.
  • Acquire, Train, and Evaluate CSM Talent Pool: Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of Client Service Managers to ensure we are operating with a high-performing team.
  • Lead Weekly CSM League Meetings: Conduct and lead weekly meetings with the CSM team to review performance, share updates, and promote a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Identify and lead the Execution of other large scale business improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you need to make the cut:

  • 5+ years of experience leading client support staff within benefit administration organization/industry. 
  • Proven experience with data analysis through Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • Proven track record of identifying and executing large-scale business initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and develop team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and manage meetings effectively.

The pay range for this position is 90.5 K to 113K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data). 

This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
