Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves supporting and managing the delivery of production systems and services to ensure they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring of system performance, addressing any operational issues promptly, and coordinating with various teams to maintain seamless service delivery. The position demands proactive management of production environments to uphold stability and efficiency, while adapting to evolving operational needs and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize system functionality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of operational processes to enhance system availability and performance.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of privileged access security principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to access management systems.
- Experience in managing and maintaining secure access controls within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration of privileged access management solutions with other security tools and platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
