Quality & After Sales team is integral part to Nissan’s manufacturing process. While targeting high quality in our vehicles, we work to increase the quality of its sales and service to customers in the purchasing process. The goal is to exceed customer expectations at all contact points.

We are seeking a highly-skilled SAP Warranty Functional Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, you will oversee all technical matters and manage our technical team. You will work collaboratively with clients/users, the development team, and various stakeholders within the company to ensure the delivery of all products in an efficient, timely manner.

Responsibilities: 

• Expert in LO-WTY Warranty Management, config level, strong pricing background
• Experience with designing, configuring and enhancing SAP Warranty Management Systems in Auto Industry
• Experience in LO-WTY Claim Lifecycle
• Experience in Warranty Claim Processing, recall management, Goodwill processing,
• Authorization, Vendor Claim Management, Recovery Process, Master Warranties, Supplier Chargeback
• Experience in IC/OC, OV/IV, OV/OC claim versions
• Experience in Warranty Pricing/SD Pricing
• Experience in Pricing Enhancements/Routines
• Exposure to or familiar with VSR tool: Validations, Substitutions, Messages, business rules
• Advantage if had some knowledge on VMS (Vehicle Management System)
• Quality code catalogues on header/version/item level
• Experience in ABAP Debugging
• Integration of SAP Warranty to other areas

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Automotive work experience is a plus [Quality Domain]
• Strong Agile Framework experience [Scrum/Kanban] is a Plus
• Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Minimum 10 years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers
