POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will own the end-to-end coordination of Full-Time staff hiring and Part-Time seasonal/instructional hiring—from workforce planning and outreach to interviewing and onboarding—while working closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition on requisition strategy, prioritization, and day-to-day management of open roles. This role will support the execution and tracking of hiring plans, ensuring progress against timelines and hiring goals across the organization.
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will partner closely with hiring managers across SEO for Full-Time staff hiring, as well as with the Teaching & Learning and Program Operations teams to manage high-volume, seasonal hiring, temporary staffing, and independent contractor (IC) processing as requested. In collaboration with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and People & Culture Business Partners, this role will develop a deep understanding of program calendars and timelines and help design scalable processes and strategies to hire and retain top talent.
