Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the implementation process. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the architecture and provide innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals and provide guidance on best practices in technology architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization. - Experience with cloud architecture and deployment strategies. - Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
