ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support commercial strategy development and alignment. Evaluate and define product and market opportunity & forecast the impact on overall business.
- Cultivate external opinion leader relationship.
- Establish necessary professional relationships with government authority and external contacts.
- Support the development and implement of cooperate projects, to bring innovative product to China at fast speed.
- Lead projects as planned. Lead & partner with cross functional teams of Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Finance, Market Access etc. colleagues to ensure effective communication and implementation/refinement of process.
- Develop recommendations for portfolio prioritization and investment. Leverage and influence various stakeholders and ensure successful team deliverables.
- Coordinate with regional Market and maximize New Product opportunity for China (Global engagement to understand product, priorities, global strategy, regional trends, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required, Master degree or MBA is preferred;
- At least 2-5 years marketing experience in Pharmaceutical industry;
- At least 1-2 years Project management experience;
- Product management experience is preferred;
- Preferred demonstrated self-motivation ,strong execution and strong communication skills
- Track record of working collaboratively across functions;
- Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred;
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word is must have.
