HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE 

With a deep understanding of prAna's brand, you will lead process excellence and strategic initiatives projects and programs that will lead to sustainable long-term growth.  Within the prAna brand and department function, you will identify key opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiencies and production.  You are a driven, results oriented leader able to effectively lead cross functional teams to deliver work and meet project goals.

As part of the Functional Leadership Team (FLT) you will cross collaborate with your fellow leaders to help drive strategic initiatives across functions, with prAna’s vision of an Active California Lifestyle Brand, with a core value of sustainability.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Identifies and analyzes current and future business processes for effectiveness and impact. 

  • Identifies areas of improvement and makes actionable recommendations.

  • Drives cross functional teams to improve these processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable improvements. C2C Calendar integration with GTM and PCT calendars

  • Facilitates prioritization planning to address core issues within the business. 

  • Clearly defines projects & programs that will have the highest impact and greatest return.

  • Leads, coaches and drives cross-functional teams to deliver the work on time meeting aligned goals.

  • Assists President in master workstream cadence throughout the year, facilitates discussion on planning and aligning priority work and driving the executive team to meet business management goals and deliverables over both short- and long-term horizons.

  • Continually build efficiencies cross functionally and owning operation projects at an enterprise level.

  • Foster a sense of urgency and champions change that pushes continuous improvement across the brand that results in efficiencies and cost savings.

YOU ARE 

  • Great and managing multiple priorities. 

  • Highly motivated self-starter.

  • A strong problem-solver with independent judgement.

  • A strong, proactive communication skills and interpersonal skills.

YOU HAVE 

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in program manager, with a strong track record in GTM and process excellence.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven ability to lead high-value, high-impact cross-functional projects with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Project management and Agile Methodology Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects with agility, ensuring timely and effective execution.

  • Deep understanding of the Outdoor Consumer & Retail Environment: Expertise in at least two functional areas such as Sales, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, or Product.

  • Expert Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to navigate highly complex business models, develop creative solutions, and make independent, high-stakes decisions.

  • Global Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders on both domestic and international scales.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and budget management.

  • Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $120,500 - $201,000

*Pay decisions are determined by multiple factors, including what the market is paying, a candidate’s capabilities and skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
