The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Professionals to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) in Omaha, Nebraska.  This position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command Information Technology and Logistics Support (SCITLS) contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in IT Service Management, to include:

    • Aligning IT Services to the strategic goals of the organization.

    • Managing changes to IT Services while ensuring minimal impact to the customer’s mission.

    • Ensuring the daily delivery of client services to meet/exceed contractually obligated SLAs across multiple departments.

    • Analyzing current business processes, identifying problems, developing solutions, and implementing change for continued service improvement.

    • Ensuring IT services are secure and comply with DoD security policies and standards.

    • Facilitating the creation, sharing, and utilization of knowledge within the organization (i.e. dashboards, portals, etc.).

    • Understanding and adhering to DoD-specific regulations, policies, and frameworks (i.e. DESMF).

  • Demonstrate experience of incident, problem, service request management, and ticket queue management support.

  • Produce processes and procedures documentation (Work Instructions/SOPs).

  • Ability to coordinate, communicate, and manage projects within and across teams not directly under their supervision.

  • Must be able to work both independently and in coordination with external service providers and vendors.

  • Conduct process improvement meetings with technical teams, including preparing for and conducting post incident review meetings.

  • Communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. 

  • Work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. 

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Experience in interfacing with both client managers and system users.

  • Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible.

  • BA/BS + 8 years experience, or AA/AS + 10 years experience.

  • Team building attitude, continuous learning record, and process improvement mindset.

  • Current DoD 8140 Cybersecurity Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+)

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products

Desired: 

  • ITIL Certified

  • Lean Six Sigma Certified

  • PowerBI Reporting Experience

  • Agile Certification

  • Knowledge of and experience with USSTRATCOM

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs.

  • Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,100-$141,000
