We are looking for a Director of Product Management to help us accelerate our mission of transforming how data-driven organizations make critical decisions in real time. This is a pivotal role focused on extending Conviva’s core strengths—scale, latency, and automated insights—into new product domains and customer segments.

You will work closely with our founders, engineering teams, design, sales, and customers to envision, build, and scale new products in the continuous measurement analytics space. This is an opportunity to lead innovation from the ground up in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

 

What success looks like:

• Define and drive the product vision for Conviva’s next-generation data analytics products. Synthesize market dynamics, customer needs, and platform capabilities into a clear roadmap.
• Validate hypotheses with users and iterate toward product-market fit through rapid prototyping, testing, and learning.
• Build intuitive, high-performance data analytics products that leverage Conviva’s real-time event streaming platform to deliver automated insights and drive business outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery, requirements, and development through launch, customer success, and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate deeply with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution and high adoption.

 

Who You Are and What You’ve Done:

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in technical product management or technical implementation roles in MNC work environment, ideally in B2B SaaS or analytics domains.
• Technical fluency — comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical trade-offs.
• Proven ability to deeply understand technical concepts and engineering ideas — and clearly translate them into compelling, customer-facing narratives.
• Strong track record of shipping successful data/analytics products with demonstrable customer impact.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — you influence through clarity and structure.
• Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced and evolving technology landscape; Keep up with the latest trends in AI products and technologies.
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.

• A solid understanding of AI, especially large language models, their capabilities, limitations, and typical use cases.
• Proven success in launching AI-powered features that achieved business outcomes.
