Key Responsibilities for This Role Include:

Enhancing the advancement of CRM systems through the integration of AI technologies, the Data Scientist will support strategic decision-making by leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive models, and machine learning, ultimately enhancing business intelligence and operational efficiency.

• Implement and integrate new versions and functionalities of existing CRM systems, in collaboration with Regional and Global teams, to bring system capabilities to the next level.

• Manage and optimize the existing CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.

• Ensure that data management procedures are up-to-date and provide end-users training on CRM functionalities.

• Analyse large and complex datasets using AI techniques to identify patterns and deliver insights for strategic decision-making.

• Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI-driven statistical analyses to support the transformation of business operations.

• Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify inaccuracies or inconsistencies, ensuring higher data quality.

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights and performance metrics to internal stakeholders.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Management, Marketing or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in supporting the business goals and needs.

• Fluent in FR and/or NL, with strong EN capabilities

• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva)

• Good understanding of programming languages (Python, R, Java, or others)

• Experience with Power BI

• Experience in data management and model development

• Strong business acumen and capability to translate business requirements into data modelling.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
