Job Description:

As Marketing & Sales (M&S) Processes and Change Manager you will lead a global process team across the end-to-end M&S process landscape. You will develop and deliver the overall M&S Process Roadmap that leads the change to a more customer-focused & efficient operations, in alignment with Hitachi Energy vision and strategy. You will drive positive change, process discipline culture and digital adoption across the organization to maximize value realization.

Your responsibilities

  • Organize, staff, and develop the global process team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

  • Ensure clear process ownership and governance across the M&S landscape

  • Develop and maintains key process competences & knowledge via process owners and subject matter experts (SME)

  • Engage with M&S teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges

  • Develop and deliver the M&S Process Roadmap aligned with global priorities

  • Drive business process optimization and innovation using best practices and feedback and create and maintains comprehensive process documentation

  • Design and implement standards, drive digital adoption, and monitor process performance

  • Ensure full compliance with relevant policies and regulations

  • Act as the business reference for the development and deployment of M&S supporting applications

  • Develop and implement change management and process adoption plans to maximize value realization

  • Responsible for the design, implementation, communication & training concept, and related content

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the M&S community

Your background

  • University degree in engineering, business administration, or related field

  • 10+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Excellence; experience in process improvement or management preferred

  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset; familiarity with CX and customer journey mapping

  • Proficient in M&S processes and tools e.g. Sales (Salesforce), Sales Planning, Marketing Automation (Eloqua), Analytics (EDP), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Sales Enablement, Product Configuration

  • Knowledge of AI and ML technologies for M&S

  • Skilled in process modeling, mapping, and requirements gathering; familiar with Lean, Six Sigma

  • Proven track record in process improvement in multinational settings; effective change management

  • Leadership and team development skills

  • Excellent communication and motivational abilities; proficient in English

  • Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
