Pay Range

$26.55 - $39.85

Major Responsibilities:
  • Establishes new vendors required for rapid experimentation during formation and incubation innovation stages (e.g. vendor vetting and legal contracting). Manage relationships with key vendors and partnerships including our accounting contacts, office space staff, technology/IT providers, benefits providers, and strategic partnerships.
  • Schedules, maintains, and prioritizes calendars of appointments, meetings, and travel. Plans and organizes administrative aspects such as agenda preparation, site selection, food/beverage/catering selections, audio-visual arrangements, event planning, travel arrangements, expense reports, and document development
  • Manages A/P and A/R of new business ventures and financial transactions. Fields customer interaction via phones, email, social media and other inquires.
  • Coordinates new business staffing requirements, internal innovation rotation programs, and pilots across the enterprise (e.g. Executive in Residence, Internships, Pilots).
  • Help business leaders develop clear Executive in Residence and Internship programs along with goals and objectives in order to have an amazing experience for participants. Responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline of Execs-in-Residence, Entrepreneurs and Interns in the CRM. Maintains and expands CRM of customer and business contacts.
  • Coordinates the recruitment of team members and formal network of I-Pros (internal coaches and facilitators) for new businesses.
  • Manages and coordinates with any respective vendors to ensure inventory is up-to-date and/or optimal.
  • Interacts with executives and will have the ability to exercise discretion and handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Streamlines operations as we continue to scale. Professionalism, attention to detail, and high-quality writing skills are critical. Helps build and maintain the Advocate Aurora Knowledge base through business model iterations. Leads efforts to develop valuable content (case studies, success stories, blogs, etc.) in partnership with other team members - to share within AAH as well as the broader industry.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
  • None Required.

Education Required:
  • High School Graduate.

Experience Required:
  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in supporting small businesses, entrepreneurs and/or startups or strategic partnerships.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
  • Adept office manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Effective at meeting deadlines and providing information to senior management of outcomes on a regular basis.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive for results and solutions. 
  • Be a collaboration partner with all groups and organizations.
  • Be able to coordinate and lead customer discussions.
  • Desire to take on responsibilities as the business and position develop.
