Title - Go-To-Market Senior Sales Operations Manager ​

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Go-To-Market Senior Sales Operations Manager will report to the Director of Sales Operations supporting the regional Sales VPs. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining CRM systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy. You will develop sales KPIs and comprehensive sales performance dashboards and reports.  Your role includes facilitating cross-functional collaboration, providing sales enablement tools and training, and supporting strategic planning initiatives. Your insights and recommendations will be critical in driving sales efficiency, performance, and alignment across the regions.

  • Sales Performance Analysis
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasting accuracy.
    • Track progress against quotas and provide insights on performance.
  • Pipeline Management
    • Develop and maintain sales forecasts to support strategic planning.
    • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting
    • Analyze forecast accuracy and implement improvements as needed
  • Sales Reporting and Dashboards
    • Create and maintain sales performance dashboards for the Sales VPs.
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
    • Support Sales VPs in developing their Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with relevant data and reporting.
  • Sales Process Optimization
    • Work with Sales Enablement to Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes.
    • In conjunction with Sales Enablement, Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across regions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with larger Sales Operations organization, Commercial Operations and Sales Enablement to ensure alignment and communication across the team.
    • Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to support sales initiatives.
    • Facilitate communication and alignment between regional sales teams and other departments.
    • Perform all other duties and activities as required.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:  

REQUIRED:

  • B.S. Degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Salesforce experience required.

PREFERRED:

  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • 4+ years of in B2B SaaS sales operations.
  • Experience with PowerBI or equivalent BI tool.
  • Has an understanding of the quote-to-cash process.   

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:

  • Proficient in Excel and has the aptitude to quickly learn new systems and/or applications.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. You’ve got strong quantitative skills and are comfortable analyzing data sets, spotting trends and synthesizing relevant observations
  •  You like thinking outside the box to come up with innovative points of view
  • Ability to multi-task and balance both strategic and operational duties with integrity.
  • Travel - 10%
