Franchise Development Coordinator
Your Objective
Qualify potential Franchise Owners and schedule initial interviews with Franchise Developers.
What You'll Do:
· Enter prospect data into Hubspot software that is received from outside brokers. Update and input contact info, log communications, status and scheduling of prospects with Franchise Developers (FD) depending on circumstance and stage of the prospect/lead life cycle.
· Communicate via phone, email, text messages, and online tools with prospects, outside brokers and franchise development personnel
· Research and assist with data required of prospects and leads
· Respond to territory checks from outside brokers
· Coordinate meetings for franchise developers
· Interface with others in a professional manner and be a trusted go to person for the team
Required Attributes:

· Experience with Hubspot and
· Proficient with internet tools and research

Experience:
2 or more years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
