Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-theatre clinical support during Foot & Ankle procedures, ensuring optimal use of Stryker products.

• Deliver in-service training and product education to surgical teams and hospital staff.

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to identify opportunities and drive product adoption.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support procedural success.

• Assist with case preparation, inventory coordination, and post-operative follow-up.

• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay current with clinical advancements.

About You

• Clinical background in allied health, nursing, or biomedical science preferred.

• Experience in surgical environments or orthopaedics is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

• Passion for improving healthcare and supporting surgical teams.
