XGIE teams are responsible for Xfinity brand and product strategy, including its video, broadband, voice, home, and mobile products, as well as consumer sales and marketing, digital platforms, and data intelligence.
The Enterprise BI team champions the use of data and analytics to inform the critical decisions that drive our business every day and develops solutions that impact top and bottom-line performance. Responsible for:

Role Description

As an Analyst Intern on the Enterprise BI – Data Products & Governance team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with functional and technical analysts, engineers, subject matter experts, and key business stakeholders to ensure that the EBI portfolio of curated data products aligned with business needs and seamlessly evolve at the pace of the business.
This role will be responsible for collecting, sanitizing, aggregating, and analyzing data stored on multiple platforms and technologies related to internal customer (business stakeholder) interactions for creating a standard set of customer-service related key performance indicators. The ideal candidate is comfortable with researching how to extract data from multiple technologies, drawing inferences from that data, and preparing their findings in a presentation that can be shared with department leadership. The goal for this project is to create a repeatable process that can be scaled across the portfolio for measuring customer service effectiveness and (eventually) customer satisfaction. These findings will help to shape the future strategy for the Data Products & Governance team in their mission for supporting our internal customers.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Research and implement data collection techniques (both structured and unstructured)
Analyze collected data to identify insights
Establish Key Performance Indicators based on available data and insights
Present findings and recommendations to department leadership
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Comfort with a programming language for data collection and analysis (Python preferred)
Familiar with SQL / Relational Databases
Experience with data visualization (Tableau preferred) and data analysis techniques
Ability to tell a data-driven story through presentations
Preferred Majors: Any (with relevant interest / experience with above preferred skills)
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027)
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Base Pay: $32.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
