Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving complex challenges?
We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the trusted point of contact for both customers and internal teams.
In this role, you’ll go beyond answering questions — you’ll build relationships, drive satisfaction, and play a key role in supporting our goal of becoming the best customer service company in the world.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions (communicate order details including pricing and shipping timeline and provide updates on claims, investigations and adjustments.)
Be part of managing customer accounts and maintain accurate records of inquiries, complaints, and interactions
Process orders for new or additional products and services with precision
Collaborate closely with inside and outside sales teams to support business objectives
Maintain and update customer files, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complex cases or route them to subject matter experts
Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in customer service, order management is preferred
Skills & Knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset in Turkish and English alike
Aptitude to gain in-depth understanding of products or the ability to quickly learn and adapt
Proficiency in standard computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly, experience in SAP or equivalent integrated financial systems
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex customer needs professionally
