Business Analysts III Job Description:

Position Objective

The Business Analyst III supports the development and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems and processes. Business Analyst III completes individual assignments of moderate complexity with help from Sr. Business Analysts and Product Owners. Provides support to business users and subject matter experts.

Dimensions

Collaboratively works with Information Technology Solutions (ITS) staff within the work group and software developers. Supports and trains business users and subject matter experts. Assists with vendor relationships.

Nature and Scope

  • Works under the limited oversight of an experienced Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Information Technology Manager.
  • This role ensures standard work is defined, monitored, and supported, acceptable service level is achieved in compliance with internal policies and procedures, and external laws and regulations.
  • The job duties include gathering business requirements, configuring the requirements in enterprise apps, designing enhancements required to meet business requirements, testing processes or software changes, creating and leading user acceptance test scripts, training users, and writing training documents/job aids.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To apply knowledge of enterprise business processes and systems to solve business problems and assist customers in achieving business goals. This position links the business unit operations and the ITS organization for enterprise business process improvements.
  • Supports development and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems and processes.
  • Supports business users and subject matter experts.
  • Performs business process analysis: prepare as-is and to-be workflows, identify any configurations, and/or enhancements required to implement the to-be processes.
  • Develops user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to document business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Works closely with the product owner, scrum master, developers, and testers to ensure the successful delivery of ERP enhancements.
  • Completes individual assignments of moderate complexity with help from more experienced business analysts.
  • Reviews the work of other enterprise business analysts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in ERP business processes and systems
  • Moderate knowledge of enterprise functions, such as Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Working experience in Baan or Infor LN.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience in Infor LN modules such as Purchasing and Planning.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Must have a passion for enabling change
  • Should be able to work with onshore and offshore teams and provide leadership.

 

 

Base Minimum Pay:

Kč1,112,580.00

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
