The Work:

We are seeking a developer who is interested in becoming a Pega Developer to design, develop, and deploy Pega applications. You will be enrolled in a Pega Bootcamp to upskill. This role requires working on-site at the client's location in downtown DC 4-5 days a week (potential for 1 remote day) and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Pega applications. Customize and configure Pega solutions. Integrate Pega with other systems. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Proven developer experience with a commitment to upskilling.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Client Site Requirement: Must be willing to work on-site at the client's location.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA)

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $78,600—$160,200 USD
