The succesful candidate will assist with producing plastic parts and will be responsible for the following duties:

- Planning machining by studying work orders, blueprints,

- Interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances.

- Planning stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available, anticipating needed stock, placing and expediting orders for stock, verifying receipt of stock.

- Setting tool registers, offsets compensation and conditional switches, calculating requirements including basic maths, geometry and trigonometry, proving part programs.

- Loading machine with work pieces .

- Verifying settings by measuring positions, first run part, and sample workpieces. - Maintaining specifications by observing operations, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, editing programs, sharpening and replacing worn tools

- Adhering to Quality assurance procedures and processes.

- Meets production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality.

Requirements:

- Technical diploma in Mechanic or industrial electricity.

- Strong technical background.

- Has machine experience advantage.
