Job Description

As a member of the Enterprise recruiting team at U.S. Bank, the Talent Sourcer will build and extend relationships in the recruiting process that includes supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for U.S. Bank positions. Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates and is relied upon as the subject matter expert around applicant tracking. Drives the candidate engagement and outreach process in a timely and cost-effective manner. Demonstrates a proven commitment to providing a diverse talent pool and a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate. Responsible for providing exceptional levels of customer service to candidates and partnering with recruiting and hiring leaders while demonstrating the U.S. Bank Core Values.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of recruiting experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition processes including research, sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
- Expert market intelligence and business line function knowledge and understanding of how supported roles hired for connect to the business line and the organization as a whole
- Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies
- Effective project management skills
- Strong marketing and recruitment network skills
- Mastery in behavioral based interviewing, drilling down to understand the experience and skillsets to the objectives of the role as well as the fit to the organization and can identify talent for long term opportunities
- Well-developed to review and understand data, trends and metrics
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
Location Expectations
This person will be required to work three (3)+ days a week in a listed U.S. Bank hub location.
