Region: Lombardy

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday and Sunday: Shift and/or Standby

POSITION SUMMARY AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Customer Engineer will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of our equipment installed in the Lombardy region, ensuring service continuity and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for resolving service issues until the situation is settled to the customer's satisfaction and/or in compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Work will be performed on all equipment supplied by NCR Voyix, specifically workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems, and self-checkout units.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical high school diploma or equivalent

  • Category B driving license

  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems

  • Knowledge of Ghost imaging procedures

  • The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, possess strong problem-solving skills, quickly acquire new competencies, and be willing to work flexible hours—including nights, weekends, overtime, shifts, and on-call duty (up to a maximum of 16 on-call periods per year).

  • Aptitude for working on both mechanical and electrical components, as well as experience with computer hardware maintenance (desktops, servers, peripherals) and software-related tasks, is required.

Minimum Annual Base Salary: 27.000,00€ Gross
