💼 What you’ll be doing

As a Translation Project Management Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and get a behind-the-scenes look at how global language projects are delivered. Your day-to-day may include:

• Supporting different stages of translation and localization projects
• Helping to communicate and coordinate tasks with freelance translators, proofreaders and other language vendors working remotely all over the world
• Negotiating rates and deadlines with vendors
• Maintaining strong professional relationships with both internal teams and external vendors
• Preparing project files and job folders for translation
• Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met with involved stakeholders
• Assisting with administrative tasks like issuing purchase orders
• Performing quality checks to ensure final deliverables meet client expectations, ISO standards and any applicable industry regulations

We’re excited to hear from you if you:

• Are currently enrolled in a university/higher educational institution who are able to provide an internship agreement to cover the internship duration (ideally 6 months)
• Have excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a big plus!)
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Enjoy problem-solving and working with people
• Have an interest or background in languages, translation, or linguistics
• Bring a positive, “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn
