ポジション概要

クロスボーダーEコマースのアカウントマネジメントとして、日本のセラーがグローバルマーケットプレイスで成功するための支援・成長促進において重要な役割を担っていただきます。本ポジションでは、日本のクライアントと円滑にコミュニケーションを取るためのネイティブレベルの日本語力に加え、eBayのグローバルネットワーク内での業務に対応できるビジネスレベルの英語力が求められます。

主な業務内容

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力およびビジネスレベルの英語力を活かし、eBayのグローバルプラットフォーム上における日本人セラーのアカウントを管理・育成する

• セラーとの強固な関係を構築・維持し、パフォーマンス向上のための最適なサポートやアドバイスを提供する

• 最新のECトレンドを把握し、セラーに対して戦略的かつ有益な提案を行う

• 社内の関連チームと連携し、eBay Japan K.K. の戦略方針に沿った包括的なセラー支援を実現する

• セラーの主な窓口として、ニーズや課題に迅速かつ的確に対応する

• キャンペーンや各種施策の企画・実行を主導する

応募資格

• 学士号（専攻不問）

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力およびビジネスレベルの英語力

• EC業界での経験があれば尚可（必須ではありません）

• 優れた対人関係構築力、コミュニケーション能力、交渉力

• 複数アカウントを柔軟かつ効率的に管理できる適応力

• チームプレイヤーとして、日本のセラーの国際的な成長と成功を支援する姿勢

応募にあたっての注意事項

• ハイブリッド勤務制度を導入しています（週3日出社・週2日在宅）。未就学児のいる社員は、条件付きで週2日出社・週3日在宅が可能です。フルリモート勤務は不可となります。

• フレックスタイム制（時差出勤）を導入しており、始業時間は7:00～10:00、終業時間は16:00～19:00の間で調整可能です。

• 東京オフィスから遠方にお住まいの場合、入社にあたり自己負担での転居が必要となります。

• 外国籍の方は、応募時点で就労可能な在留資格・ビザを保有している必要があります。

• 入社前にバックグラウンドチェックを実施します。

• 報酬は、個人の経験・スキルに基づき決定されます。
