As the Value Proposition & Experience Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and enhancing the value proposition of our products and ensuring exceptional user experiences across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth, meet market demands, and exceed customer expectations.

Job Summary

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
  • Define and refine the value propositions for products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer insights.
  • Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market insights, and business impact.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and researchers to create compelling and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and priorities.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely execution and successful delivery of product milestones.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on value proposition development and user experience optimization.
  • Experience in technology, hardware, or software industries preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $118,500.00 -- $181,800.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
