Job Description:

Hitachi Energy is looking for a General Accounting Specialist based in Milano, who will work in close contact with current CSS Finance Front Office GA responsible.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide support to month-end closing process under IFRS accounting standard;
• Participate to finalization of local Statutory Financial Statement under local OIC accounting principle;
• Help in relations with current banks used by the company;
• Support the delivery of duties related to Indirect tax (VAT, customs etc.) including month end liquidation and declaration, preparation of journal entries when required and subsequent accounts reconciliation;
• Support the post-implentation phase of SAP S/4HANA.

Your background:

• Degree in economics;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• 1-3 years of experience in a similiar role, preferably in a multinational company;
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA;
• Flexibility, goal oriented mindset, team working skills and willingness to learn are required.
