- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management and integration.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for custom software development.
- Experience in leading technical teams through complex design and delivery phases.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the ServiceNow platform.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a collaborative environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
