As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. Throughout the day, the engineer engages in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions developed effectively address the requirements. This position demands continuous interaction with team members to refine application features and contribute to the overall project progress, fostering a dynamic and solution-oriented work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of custom software solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement within applications.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience with cloud-based application platforms and services related to SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components within the SAP ecosystem.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP applications with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
